Het Federale Hof is het hoogste gerechtshof van de Zwitserse Confederatie. Als onderdeel van de rechterlijke macht behoort het tot een van de drie staatsmachten in het politieke systeem van Zwitserland.
Het heeft zijn hoofdkantoor in het gebouw van het Federale Hof in Lausanne in het kanton Vaud. De twee sociaalrechtelijke afdelingen van het Federale Hof bevinden zich in Luzern. De Verenigde Federale Vergadering kiest de 38 federale rechters; de huidige president van het Federale Hof is Martha Niquille.
