Torre is een plaats en voormalige gemeente in het district Blenio dat behoort tot het kanton Ticino. Torre heeft 288 inwoners .
Het pakt van Torre is een eed die in februari 1182 op perkament is geschreven. Het was de alliantie tussen de bewoners van de Vallei van Blenio en Vallei van Leventia gesanctioneerd te plaatsen in het veld bij Semione om de belegering van het kasteel van Serravalle.
