In de samenwerkingsgemeente Ilsenburg, gevestigd in de stad Ilsenburg in de Landkreis Harz in Saksen-Anhalt, waren drie gemeenten samengevoegd om hun administratieve taken uit te voeren.
De samenwerkingsgemeente werd tegelijkertijd met de herindeling van Darlingerode en Drübeck naar Ilsenburg op 1 juli 2009 opgeheven. Op een oppervlakte van 63,1 km² woonden 10.000 inwoners. Laatste leider van de samenwerkingsgemeente was Wilfried Obermüller.
