Het kasteel Miesbach is een afgebroken kasteel op de plaats van het huidige Landratsamt in Miesbach in de gemeente Miesbach in Beieren.
Het waarschijnlijk in de 11e tot 12e eeuw gebouwde kasteel werd in 1312 door de Waldeckers verwoest, waarmee de eerste stap werd gezet naar de afsplitsing van het gebied van het bisdom Freising. "De oudste kerk in Miesbach bevond zich waarschijnlijk binnen de muren van het kasteel Miesbach en werd samen met dit kasteel in 1312 verwoest."
