Eutin is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Sleeswijk-Holstein. Het is de kreisstadt van de Kreis Oost-Holstein. Eutin ligt aan de Großer Eutiner See in het Natuurpark Holsteinische Schweiz. Het is een erkend kuuroord.
Omwille van de culturele bloeiperiode 1776-1829 kreeg het de bijnaam "Weimar van het Noorden". Het Ostholstein-Museum Eutin wijdt een permanente expositie aan deze periode, evenals de aan Eutin zelf het het vorstendom Lübeck. Een bekende attractie in het gebied is de Bruidegomseik.
