Warmsen is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. De gemeente maakt deel uit van de Samtgemeinde Uchte in het Landkreis Nienburg/Weser.
Warmsen telt 3.247 inwoners. .
In het oorkondeboek van Hoyaer werd Warmsen in 1069 voor het eerst vermeld. In de Middeleeuwen gaf de strategische ligging van de plek reden tot strijd tussen de graven van Hoya en de Bisschoppen van Minden.
