Rees is een gemeente en stad behorend tot Kreis Kleve in de Nederrijnregio in Duitsland. De stad ligt in de deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen en is lid van het grensoverschrijdende samenwerkingsverband Euregio Rijn-Waal. Op 31 december 2020 telde de gemeente 21.030 inwoners op een oppervlakte van 109,67 km².
