Augustdorf is een plaats en gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen, gelegen in de Kreis Lippe. Augustdorf telt 10.147 inwoners op een oppervlakte van 42,18 km².
Het dorp ligt aan de westrand van de Truppenübungsplatz Senne. Dit militaire oefenterrein neemt ruim de helft van de oppervlakte van de gemeente in beslag.
Augustdorf grenst in het westen aan Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock. Het safaripark van die plaats ligt slechts ongeveer 9 km van Augustdorf vandaan.
