Landkreis Cloppenburg is een Landkreis in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. Cloppenburg heeft 172.632 inwoners op een oppervlakte van 1.420,34 km². De Kreisstadt is de gelijknamige stad Cloppenburg. In de gemeente Saterland woont een Friestalige minderheid.
Cloppenburg ligt in het westen van Nedersaksen en grenst aan de Landkreise Ammerland in het noorden, Oldenburg in het oosten, Vechta in het zuidoosten, Osnabrück in het zuiden, Eemsland in het westen en Leer in het noordwesten.
