Bad Bederkesa is een voormalige gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. Het was de bestuurszetel van de gelijknamige Samtgemeinde in het Landkreis Cuxhaven. Na het opheffen van de samtgemeinde, per 1 januari 2015, ging de gemeente op in de nieuwe eenheidsgemeente Geestland.
Het dorp wordt voor het eerst genoemd in een oorkonde uit 1159. De oorkonde spreekt over de heren van Bederkesa. Uit die tijd stamt ook de nog aanwezige Burcht Bederkesa.
