Siegburg is een stad en gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen. Siegburg is de Kreisstadt van de Rhein-Sieg-Kreis en is tevens onderdeel van het Metropoolgebied Rijn-Ruhr. De gemeente telt 41.669 inwoners op een oppervlakte van 23,44 km².
Siegburg ligt ongeveer 8 km ten oosten van de rivier de Rijn in de zogenaamde Keulse Bocht. Bij Siegburg stroomt het riviertje de Agger in de Sieg. Ten oosten van de stad liggen het Bergisches Land en het Zevengebergte. De stad bestaat uit twaalf Ortsteile. Omringende gemeenten zijn onder andere Troisdorf, Lohmar, Sankt Augustin en Hennef.
