Garz is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Mecklenburg-Voor-Pommeren, en maakt deel uit van het Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald. Garz telt 253 inwoners.
Sinds 24 mei 2007 is er een grensovergang tussen Garz en Świnoujście. Tot 21 december 2007 was deze alleen geopend voor voetgangers, fietsers en bussen. Vanaf 21 december 2007 is deze grensovergang ook geopend voor auto's. Op deze grens overgang gaat de Poolse DK 93 over op de Duitse Bundesstraße 110.
