Rath/Heumar is een rechtsrheinische stadsdeel van Keulen in het stadsdistrict Kalk, dat als dubbelplaats is opgericht in het kader van de NRW-gebiedsreform van 1975 uit de plaatsen Rath en Heumar.
Rath/Heumar ligt aan de oostelijke stadsgrens en grenst in het oosten aan de bosrand van het recreatiegebied Königsforst voor de heuvels van het Bergische Land en aan de Bergische Heideterrasse. In het oosten bevinden zich Bergisch Gladbach en Rösrath, in het zuiden de deelgemeente Eil, in het westen Gremberghoven en Ostheim, in het noordwesten Neubrück en in het noorden Brück. Vanwege de ligging is Rath/Heumar een gewilde woonwijk met verschillende wijken van eengezinswoningen.
