De wijk Sülz behoort tot het stadsdistrict Köln-Lindenthal in het zuidwesten van Keulen. Het grenst in het zuidoosten aan de wijken Zollstock en Klettenberg, in het zuidwesten aan de buurgemeente Hürth-Efferen, in het noorden aan de Kölner Neustadt-Zuid en in het noordwesten aan de wijk Lindenthal. Sülz is door een groot aantal gemeenschappelijk gebruikte voorzieningen zoals scholen, kerken en winkelstraten met Klettenberg samengegroeid.
