Het Hotel Der Kaiserhof in de Oost-Westfaalse stad Porta Westfalica was een hotel van luxe klasse in de wijk Barkhausen. De geschiedenis ervan is nauw verbonden met het in de directe omgeving gelegen Kaiser-Wilhelm-Denkmal. Het hotel werd gebouwd in 1895-1896 en staat sinds 1983 onder monumentenzorg. In mei 2011 ging de exploitant failliet. In december 2011 werden bij een brand grote delen van het gebouw verwoest, een gedeeltelijke herbouw van het gebouw vond plaats tussen 2013 en 2015, sindsdien staat het gebouw leeg.
