Blinker II is een kunstwerk van Timm Ulrichs, een Duitse beeldhouwer en conceptkunstenaar. Ulrichs groeide op in Wildeshausen en Bremen. Vanaf het begin van zijn studie was hij als totaal kunstenaar actief. Timm Ulrichs heeft naar testamentaire wens verklaard dat hij na zijn dood op de kunstenaarsnecropolis, een begraafplaats / park / wandelpad in de wijk Kassel-Harleshausen, wil worden begraven. Het is een begraafplaats voor de Documenta-kunstenaars.
