Op de deuren van de Allerzielenkerk, de Schlosskirche, spijkerde Luther zijn 95 stellingen in 1517. De houten deuren, verbrand in 1760, werden in 1858 vervangen door bronzen deuren, met de Latijnse tekst van de stellingen. Binnen in de kerk bevinden zich de graven van Luther en Philipp Melanchthon, en van de keurvorsten Frederik de Wijze (door Peter Vischer de Jongere, 1527) en John de Constant (door Hans Vischer), en portretten van de hervormers door Lucas Cranach de Jongere.
