De Panzertalsperre ligt in Noordrijn-Westfalen in het Bergisch Land bij Remscheid-Lennep en diende tot 1990 als drinkwatertalsperre.
Deze werd in de jaren 1891 tot 1893 door de ingenieur Albert Schmidt gebouwd voor de winning van drinkwater en stuurt als voornaamste stroomgebied de Panzerbach op. De Panzertalsperre is na de op slechts enkele kilometers afstand gelegen Eschbachtalsperre de op één na oudste drinkwatertalsperre in Duitsland.
