Het stadhuis van Remscheid is het stadhuis van de zelfstandige bergische grote stad Remscheid in Noordrijn-Westfalen.
Het stadhuis ligt op 365 m boven zeeniveau op een van de hoogste plaatsen van de stad Remscheid. Het is omgeven door de Rathaus-, Hoch- en Konrad-Adenauer-Straße. Voor het stadhuis strekt zich het Theodor-Heuss-Platz uit met het op 1 mei 1939 ingewijde en door professor Willi Meller gemaakte, op een sokkel staande stenen monument van de Bergische Leeuw tegenover het Allee-Center.
