De Grillenburg in het Harz is een kasteelcomplex bij Grillenberg in de Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz in Saksen-Anhalt. Het is de ruïne van een klein ministerieel kasteel.
De Grillenburg ligt in het Unterharz in het natuurpark Harz/Saksen-Anhalt, boven Grillenberg, een deelgemeente van Sangerhausen, gelegen aan de Gonna en de Landesstraße 230. Het ligt ongeveer 350 m ten noordoosten van de dorpskerk op een 312,5 m hoge berg boven zeeniveau, die binnen het biosfeerreservaat Karstlandschap Zuid-Harz deel uitmaakt van het natuurgebied Gipskarstlandschap Pölsfeld.
