Grillenburg i Harzen er et borganlæg ved Grillenberg i Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz i Sachsen-Anhalt. Det er ruinen af en lille ministederborg.
Grillenburg ligger i Underharzen i Naturpark Harz/Sachsen-Anhalt over Grillenberg, en bydel ved Gonna og Landesstraße 230 i Sangerhausen. Den ligger cirka 350 m nordøst for landsbyens kirke på et 312,5 m højt bjerg, der inden for biosfærereservatet Karstlandschaft Südharz er en del af naturbeskyttelsesområdet Gipskarstlandschaft Pölsfeld.
