Het Reiherschusseneiland bij Lehmen is een natuurreservaat in het gebied van Lehmen in de Landkreis Mayen-Koblenz in Rijnland-Palts.
Het ongeveer 500 meter lange en maximaal 60 meter brede riviereneiland ligt in de Moezel ten zuiden van Lehmen tussen Niederfell en Oberfell. Het is grotendeels bebost en dient onder andere ter bescherming van vogels.
