De stadskerk is een evangelisch-lutherse gemeentekerk in het stadscentrum van de Niedersaksische stad Rotenburg. Tot 1945 was het de enige protestantse kerkbouw in de stad die diende als predikplaats voor een gemeente, en daarmee was het de stadskerk van de plaats. Kunsthistorisch gezien is de kerk een belangrijk vertegenwoordiger van de neogotische architectuur in Niedersachsen. Tot 1960 was het omringd door een kerkhof met muren en kunstzinnige ijzeren poorten.
