Het Dortmunder U, ook wel U-Toren genoemd, is een hoge toren die in 1926/1927 werd gebouwd als "gisting- en lagertoren" van de Dortmunder Union Brouwerij, gelegen aan de westelijke rand van de Dortmundse binnenstad. De naam is afgeleid van het in 1968 op de hoofdtoren aangebrachte en in 2008 volledig gerestaureerde bedrijfslogo van de brouwerij: een vierzijdig, negen meter hoog, verguld en verlicht "U" naar een ontwerp van de architect Ernst Neufert.
