De Kuselbach is een goed 7 km lange, linker zijrivier van de Glans in de Rijnland-Palts-regio Kusel.
De Kuselbach ontstaat door de samenvloeiing van Bledesbach en Pfeffelbach in Diedelkopf op een hoogte van 240 m boven NAP. Vanaf zijn oorsprong stroomt de beek voornamelijk in oostelijke richtingen, passeert de hoofdplaats Kusel, stroomt door Rammelsbach en Altenglan en mondt daar linkszijdig uit op 196 m boven NAP in de Glan.
