Het Molenmuseum Moisburg bevindt zich sinds 1985 in de voormalige ambtswatermolen in Moisburg, in de gemeente Harburg, en toont permanente en tijdelijke tentoonstellingen over de regionale molengeschiedenis. De ambtswatermolen is een van de laatste volledig functionerende molens in de regio en maalt regelmatig graan voor bakkers in de omgeving. Het Molenmuseum Moisburg is een nevenlocatie van het openluchtmuseum aan de Kiekeberg.
