Nationaal park Sleeswijk-Holsteinse Waddenzee is een nationaal park in de Duitse deelstaat Sleeswijk-Holstein. Het park is in 1985 door de Landdag van Sleeswijk-Holstein als nationaal park aangewezen op basis van de speciale nationale parkenwetgeving en daarna, in 1999, signifikant vergroot. Met de vorming van dit nationale park en de aansluitende nationale parken Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer en Hamburgisches Wattenmeer is een groot deel van de Duitse Waddenzee beschermd. Met een oppervlakte van 4410 km² is het park met afstand het grootste nationale park van Duitsland.
