De Zoologische Stadstuin Karlsruhe is een stadspark met een dierentuin in de Zuidweststad van Karlsruhe. Het omvat ook het buitengebied Dierenpark Oberwald zuidoostelijk van de stad. Op een oppervlakte van ongeveer 22 hectare, plus het Dierenpark Oberwald met een oppervlakte van 16 hectare, leven ongeveer 3000 dieren in meer dan 240 soorten. De stadstuin ligt ten noorden van het centraal station en ten zuiden van het congrescentrum van Karlsruhe, tussen de stadswijken Südstadt en Zuidweststad. De dierentuin werd geopend in 1865 en behoort daarmee tot de oudste in Duitsland. De stadstuin en de dierentuin vormen een gezamenlijk, omheind terrein en kunnen niet afzonderlijk worden bezocht. Het terrein wordt beheerd door twee stedelijke diensten, de afdeling tuinbouw en de dierentuin. De Zoologische Stadstuin is in zijn geheel beschermd als monument.
