De Veltins-Eisarena is een kunstijsbaan voor het rodelen, skeleton en bobsleeën en bevindt zich in Winterberg. Het is de op drie na oudste kunstijsbaan ter wereld, na die in Königssee, Oberhof en Innsbruck-Igls.
De bobsleebaan heeft een totale lengte, inclusief uitloop, van 1609 meter en in totaal 15 bochten. In het labyrint tussen bocht 12 en 13 kan een topsnelheid van tot 140 km/u worden bereikt. Het ijsoppervlak bedraagt ongeveer 6500 vierkante meter. De gemiddelde helling bedraagt 9,8 procent. Op het steilste punt bereikt het 15 procent. De bochten hebben stralen van 16 tot 55 en een hoogte tussen de 2,5 en 5 meter. Onder het ijs lopen ongeveer 70 kilometer aan leidingen, waarlangs 40 ton ammoniak stroomt om de baan te koelen en het ijs te behouden.
