De Wiesbach is een 44,4 kilometer lange beek die ontspringt in het Noord-Palts bergland in Rijnland-Palts en bij Grolsheim in de Landkreis Mainz-Bingen in dezelfde deelstaat in de Nahe uitmondt. Het water van de tweede orde wordt onderhouden door de Wiesbachvereniging, waar de Landkreisen Alzey-Worms en Mainz-Bingen bij horen. Naast de Selz en de Appelbach behoort hij tot de belangrijke stroomgebieden van Rijn-Hessen.
