De Herenzee is een kleine meer aan de noordwestelijke rand van de oude stad van Waren in de Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Het oorspronkelijk vrijwel ronde meer is bij de bouw van het informatie- en natuurexperiencecentrum Müritzeum aan de zuidkant licht vergroot. Het heeft een oppervlakte van ongeveer 1,5 hectare met een doorsnede van 130 meter. Van het oosten stroomt via de Beke het water van het 230 meter verwijderde Tiefwarensee naar binnen, in het zuidwesten wordt het water afgevoerd via de Beke naar de 70 meter verwijderde Binnenmüritz. In het meer bevinden zich enkele kleine, met struiken begroeide eilanden die door watervogels als nestplaats worden gebruikt.
