Het station Attilastraße is een S-Bahn station in Berlijn. Het werd in 1895 geopend onder de naam Mariendorf en in 1939 geëlektrificeerd. In 1992 werd het omgedoopt tot Attilastraße.
Het lag oorspronkelijk in de gemeente Mariendorf, ongeveer twee kilometer ten noordwesten van het dorpscentrum. In 1920 kwamen Mariendorf en het gebied rond het station bij Berlijn. De locatie Südende, ten westen van het station, kwam bij het district Steglitz. De grens van het district loopt direct westelijk langs het station. Sinds 1938 behoort het station niet meer tot Mariendorf, maar tot de wijk Tempelhof van het destijds gelijknamige district.
