Stationen Attilastraße er en S-Bahn station i Berlin. Den blev åbnet i 1895 under navnet Mariendorf og elektrificeret i 1939. I 1992 blev den omdøbt til Attilastraße.
Den ligger oprindeligt i kommunen Mariendorf omkring to kilometer nordvest for byens centrum. I 1920 kom Mariendorf og området omkring stationen til Berlin. Området Südende vest for stationen tiltrådte distriktet Steglitz. Distriktsgrænsen løber umiddelbart vest for stationen. Siden 1938 tilhører stationen ikke længere Mariendorf, men bydelen Tempelhof i den dengang navngivne bydel.
