De Marthahöhle is een gipsgrot in het natuurgebied Gipskarstlandschaft Hainholz bij Düna, die niet bezocht kan worden. Met haar meer dan 450 meter lange gangen behoort ze tot de grotere grotten in het gebied van Hainholz.
De grot ligt in het natuurgebied Gipskarstlandschaft Hainholz, dat een representatief onderdeel vormt van het gipskarstgebied van de Zuid-Harzen. Op een kleine oppervlakte zijn de typische vormen van een karstlandschap te vinden, zoals aardverzakkingen, dolines, rivierverdwijningen en een aantal grotten. Een andere grotere grot in Hainholz is de Jettenhöhle. De toegang tot de grot bevindt zich aan de noordwestelijke helling van de verhoging Bollerkopf in een bebost en intensief gekarst landschap.
