Herzog Juliushütte is de naam van een in 1575 opgericht huttenwerk en de nabijgelegen nederzetting. Beiden behoren tegenwoordig tot de stad Langelsheim en liggen in de wijk Astfeld.
Bij de uitmonding van de Grane uit het gelijknamige dal van de Harz liet de hertog van Brunswijk, Julius, in de 16e eeuw een huttenwerk met nederzetting aanleggen. Samen met de Frau-Sophien-Hütte en de okeraner Frau-Marien-Hütte concentreerde zich in de 16e eeuw in deze drie hutten de metalenwinning uit Rammelsberger erts. De hut heeft bestaan tot 1967 en verwerkte lood-, zink- en zeldzaammetaalhoudend erts, onder andere uit de Rammelsberg bij Goslar. De meeste oude gebouwen van de hut werden in 1970 afgebroken. Tegenwoordig worden op de locatie alleen nog zeldzame metalen zoals arseen, germanium en indium geproduceerd.
