De Toren van het Werk is een sculptuur die op een plein in de voetgangerszone van Salzgitter-Lebenstedt is geplaatst. Het wordt ook wel het stadmonument genoemd. De sculptuur is gemaakt door Jürgen Weber in de jaren 1989 tot 1995.
De sculptuur is 13,73 m hoog, 36,5 ton zwaar en de fundering is 1,2 m diep. Het geldt als het herkenningspunt van de stad Salzgitter. De sculptuur getuigt van de spanningsvolle geschiedenis van de stad en herinnert aan KZ-dwangarbeid, vlucht, verdrijving en demontage, maar ook aan de wederopbouw en de oprichting van een nieuwe stad en een nieuwe economische locatie.
