Arbejdstårnet er en skulptur, der står på et torv i gågademiljøet i Salzgitter-Lebenstedt. Den kaldes også bymonument. Skulpturen blev skabt af Jürgen Weber i årene 1989 til 1995.
Skulpturen er 13,73 m høj, vejer 36,5 t, og fundamentet er 1,2 m dybt. Den betragtes som byens vartegn i Salzgitter. Skulpturen vidner om byens spændingsfyldte fortid og minder om KZ-tvangsarbejde, flugt, fordrivelse og nedrivning, men også om genopbygning samt grundlæggelsen af en ny by og en ny erhvervslokation.
