Het klooster Bardel is een vestiging van de Franciscanen in de buurtschap Bardel nabij Bad Bentheim en werd in 1922 opgericht als missieklooster door de noordoost-Braziliaanse Franciscaner provincie van de heilige Antonius. In het klooster leven nog vijf Franciscanen. Sinds de jaren 2000 is het bisdom Osnabrück beheerder van het voormalige missiegymnasium met ongeveer 800 leerlingen.
