Het station Füssen is het station van de stad Füssen. Het heeft twee perronsporen en behoort tot categorie 6 van DB Station&Service. Het wordt dagelijks bediend door ongeveer 20 treinen van de BRB en heeft dagelijks ongeveer 2700 reizigers. Het eindstation is het eindpunt van de spoorlijn Biessenhofen–Füssen, ook wel de König-Ludwig-Bahn genoemd.
Naast station Füssen is er in het stadsgebied het voormalige haltepunt Hopfensee. Bovendien is het haltepunt Ulrichsbrücke-Füssen, gelegen aan de Außerfernbahn, naar de stad vernoemd, en ligt het ongeveer vijf kilometer zuidwestelijk op Oostenrijks grondgebied.
