Füssen station er stationen i byen Füssen. Den har to perrongskinner og tilhører stationkategori 6 hos DB Station&Service. Den betjenes dagligt af cirka 20 tog fra BRB og har cirka 2700 rejsende. Endestationen er endepunktet for jernbanelinjen Biessenhofen–Füssen, også kaldet König-Ludwig-Bahn.
Ved Füssen station findes der i byområdet den tidligere stoppested Hopfensee. Desuden er stoppestedet Ulrichsbrücke-Füssen navngivet efter byens forbindelse til Außerfernbahn, som ligger cirka fem kilometer sydvestligt på østrigsk territorium.
