De Rabenklippe is een granieten rotsformatie nabij Bad Harzburg in het Harz-gebied in de Nedersaksische Landkreis Goslar.
De Rabenklippe ligt enkele honderden meters ten westen van de grens van Nedersaksen en Saksen-Anhalt langs de Ecker in het Nationalpark Harz, ongeveer 3,5 km ten zuidoosten van Bad Harzburg. De rotsen reiken tot net onder een bergknobbel van 554,9 m boven NHN van de Kaltetalskopf en vallen naar het zuidoosten af in het ongeveer 200 m lager gelegen en beboste Eckertal. Dichtbij de klippen ligt het lynxenverblijf dat is aangelegd door de Nationale Parkbeheer Harz.
