Station Hannover Bismarckstraße is een spoorwegstation in de Duitse stad Hannover, op de grens van de stadsdelen Südstadt en Bult, in de deelstaat Nedersaksen. Het station ligt aan de spoorlijn Hannover - Kassel, spoorlijn Hannover - Würzburg en de spoorlijn Hannover - Soest. Het station wordt uitsluitend door S-Bahn-treinen bediend.
Vanwege stedenbouwkundige redenen werd de spoorlijn Hannover - Kassel zuidelijk van de al hoger gelegen Hauptbahnhof tussen 1906 en 1909 hoger gelegd, om overwegen met het wegverkeer te vermijden. Gelijktijdig werd de spoorlijn Hannover Südbahnhof - Hannover-Linden van de spoorlijn Hannover - Altenbeken via de Altenbekener Damm gesloopt, om deze vervolgens parallel te leggen aan de nieuwe goederenlijn om Hannover. Aan de nu viersporige lijn werd de halte Hannover Bismarckstraße op 1 mei 1911 geopend; uit dat jaar stamt ook het behouden stationsgebouw.
