Het Neustädter Moor is een natuurreservaat en ligt ten noordoosten van Wagenfeld en ten zuiden van Freistatt in het Diepholzer Moorniederung. In 2018 zijn de voormalige NSG Neustädter Moor II, het Neustädter Moor-regeneratiegebied en het weidegebied Neustädter Moor samengevoegd.
Het natuurreservaat met het kenmerk NSG HA 250 is 1479 hectare groot. Het is voor het grootste deel onderdeel van het gelijknamige FFH-gebied en van het EU-vogelbeschermingsgebied "Diepholzer Moorniederung".
