De warmtekrachtcentrale Hastedt werd in 1905 gebouwd in de Bremer wijk Hastedt. Het ligt aan de rechter Weseroever iets boven het Weserstation en is de oudste centrale in Bremen.
Voor die tijd was het een moderne draaistroomcentrale met turbineaandrijving en een vermogen van 2.400 kilowatt. Lang vormden zijn schoorstenen - "de zeven zwarte raven" - het aanzicht.
