Het Bahnkolk Upgant-Schott is een natuurreservaat in de Niedersaksische gemeente Upgant-Schott in de Samtgemeente Brookmerland in de Landkreis Aurich.
Het natuurreservaat met het kenmerk NSG WE 117 is 8,7 hectare groot. Het bestaat uit een meer dat aan het begin van de Eerste Wereldoorlog is ontstaan door zandwinning, evenals de aangrenzende oevergebieden. Het gebied ligt ten westen van Marienhafe, direct aan de spoorlijn Rheine–Norddeich Mole.
