De St.-Marienkerk in Großenkneten is de parochiekerk van de Ev.-luth. kerkgemeente Großenkneten, die behoort tot het kerkverband Delmenhorst/Oldenburg-Land van de Evangelisch-Lutherse Kerk in Oldenburg.
In Großenkneten werd vermoedelijk al in de 9e eeuw een kerk gesticht. Uit opgravingen zijn voorgangergebouwen uit de tijd vóór 1000 en rond 1300 vastgesteld. Uit de schriftelijke bronnen blijkt dat er een romaanse kerk bestaat die in de 15e eeuw werd vergroot.
