Die BASF Polyurethanes GmbH is een Duitse fabrikant van kunststoffen en behoort wereldwijd tot de leidende bedrijven op het gebied van de productie van het speciaalkunststof polyurethaan.
Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in de Nedersaksische Landkreis Diepholz in Lemförde. Aan het einde van het jaar 2014 had het bedrijf 1.442 medewerkers. De omzet bedroeg 2,3 miljard euro. Tot de BASF Polyurethanes GmbH behoren het hoofdkantoor in Lemförde en 16 polyurethaan systeemhuizen in de Europese economische ruimte. Het bedrijf is sinds 1971 voor 100 procent in bezit van BASF en werkt al meer dan 50 jaar met PU-producten. Het productassortiment omvat PU-grondstoffen, PU-systemen en PU-speciaaleleastomeren.
