De Weltersbach is een 8,4 km lange, orografisch linker zijrivier van de Wupper in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Duitsland.
De Weltersbach ontspringt in het noorden van Witzhelden op een hoogte van 214 m boven zeeniveau. Van hieruit stroomt hij voornamelijk in west-zuidwestelijke richting. Hij stroomt door de plaatsen Krähwinkel, Unterbüscherhof en Weltersbach. In het volgende deel doorstroomt de beek het natuurreservaat Weltersbachtal. Ten noorden van Junkersholz mondt aan de rechterkant de Grünscheider Bach en de Roderbach uit. Aan de zuidoostelijke rand van de hoofdplaats van Leichlingen mondt ook aan de rechterkant de Schmerbach uit. Ruim 1 km stroomafwaarts mondt de Weltersbach aan de zuidelijke rand van Leichlingen op 55 m boven zeeniveau in de Wupper.
