Het klooster Eppinghoven is een voormalige cisterciënzersabdij en een voormalig kanunnikenstift, dat zich ten zuiden van Neuss-Holzheim direct aan de Erft bevindt.
Het klooster werd in 1214 als klooster Mariensaal opgericht, samen met het klooster Saarn, aanvankelijk in Karlesforst. In hetzelfde jaar werd het ingelijfd bij de cisterciënzersorde en onderworpen aan het gezag van de abt van Kamp. Kaarst en Saarn stonden in de eerste twee decennia van hun bestaan onder gezamenlijke leiding van de abdis Wolberna. Al na 1231 leidde een schenking van het Neussse echtpaar Sibert en Gisela tot een verhuizing van het convent naar Eppinghoven, waar een hof voor de heroprichting werd ingewisseld uit het bezit van het stift Gerresheim.
