Het Furlbachtal is een 205 ha groot natuurreservaat in de Senne in Noordrijn-Westfalen. 121 ha liggen op het gemeentelijk grondgebied van Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock in de regio Gütersloh, 84 ha behoren tot Augustdorf in de regio Lippe.
Door het dal stroomt de 14,6 km lange Furlbach. Het is een rechter zijrivier van de Ems, die bij Augustdorf in de bovenste Senne ontspringt en ten zuiden van Kaunitz in de Ems uitmondt. De Furlbach brengt water af van een gebied met een oppervlakte van 48,6 km². Er is niet één enkele bron van de Furlbach, zijn brongebied ligt in een grote duinenboog, waarbij het water op veel plaatsen aan de oppervlakte komt.
